The Beauty of Patience is freedom...

Writing this blog I reflected on my own journey struggling with patient attitude ,until God puts me through a situation that I had no other option than to wait and trust. At that moment I realized that patience is a gift and that God somehow put you into situations that force you to develop this attitude. During this difficult moment I decided to take use of this opportunity to learn and grow. I learn that having a patient attitude give you peace of mind. But this is only possible when you live spiritually conscious

The quality of patience is being bearing of provocation, annoyance, misfortune, or pain, without complain, loss of temper, irritation or the like. We can reach this state of mind only when we realize that living with this ability will truly set us free.  Patience is a great tool we can use to show wisdom toward situations that presents in our life. Everything we want to reflect to the world starts with consciousness and the ability to confront our self to make transformationpossible. Also in this case we have to take a look to our self to first understand why we are impatient and how we can unleashed this gift Father God gives us.

It is important to reflect on moments we feel that we are losing our temper or feeling irritated and why we feel this way and in which situations we are not able to show tolerance.

To deal with the core of this we need to reflect and detect the origin of our feelings and reactions. Sometime things that bother us or irritate us of another person or situation are linked to our weaknesses or internal battles.

Being attached to our expectations may also block our capacity to tolerate and being patient. We can be free by being conscious that we can only control our own mind but not the results and others minds. Stop assuming and stop judging, having a mind that is open and attached to noting will benefit you. This will help us to understand that we all are flesh and blood we are human beings. Something can be normal to someone but unknown or not logical to others. We learn something new every day while there are still millions of things out there that we still don’t know and it is all okay.

Developing self-love gives us the ability of compassion and a mind free of judgments.  Connecting with your higher self will teach you that everything happens for a reason. Having patience shows us our maturity to deal with situations we encounter on our path. It shows that we have learned to accept things we cannot control and give the opportunity to God to make things flow in the best direction.

Being patient doesn’t mean we have to accept things that cross our values but it reflect your ability to deal with the situation with wisdom, trust and tolerance knowing that everything will come out for the best. Patience is a gift you will give to others while you will enjoy the benefit which is peace of mind.

Pray, meditate, connect with your soul to envision a life of freedom and you will discover how beautiful it is to have patience.

The Perfect first love !

This is just a reminder how important it is ...

Many motivational speeches, books, films teaches us to love our self. This is definitely the most important thing to do. If we want to share love, help others empower others we have always to start with our self. No one is able to provide, or share something that they don’t have. If you want to be loved you have to give love in order to receive love. But if you want to give love you have to cultivate that love from within and the only way to do this is by loving yourself.
It sounds easy and somehow logical that someone is supposed to have self-love. Unfortunately people can be easily influenced by circumstances, disappointments, heartbreaks and this may lead that people will feel they are not worthy and lose that self-love.
How to keep that unconditional love for yourself?
Attitudes of happiness, joy and knowing what and who make our heart sing and embrace life will help us to love our self. When we suffer disappointments is the heart that suffers. To heal our heart we need to do forgiveness, prayers, meditation and release old hurts. Many times we are afraid to confront our self to avoid remembering moments of pain or deception but this is sometimes necessary.
We need to stop for a moment and accept our feelings so we can release that pain. What we do often is deny that feeling pretending that nothing is happening and that everything is fine but that pain is still living inside. This may block the energy of love that flows within. Unconsciously this may lead that we lose that love and kindness that makes who we are.
Love yourself by accepting and embrace who you are. Think positive about yourself; affirm your beauty, your potentials and abilities every single day. Don’t compare yourself to others instead enjoy your uniqueness because diversity is beautiful.

Take care of yourself, play with colors and spice up your life. Treat yourself like a royalty with your thoughts, physically and spiritually. You are a gift to the world; the most precious and perfect one. Be conscious about that and always love yourself.
